Waitwhile gives you powerful tools to track performance, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions. Whether you need quick insights or detailed exports, here’s an overview of the analytics and reporting tools available in your account.

Stats (Quick Location Insights)

The Stats section gives you a real-time snapshot of how your location is performing. It’s a great place to view activity at a glance.

📍 Navigate to: Location > Stats

What you'll find:

  • Total visits over a selected date range

  • Average wait time and visit duration

  • Customer no-shows and cancellations

  • Service-specific trends

  • Peak line length

Analytics (Visual Data Trends)

The Analytics dashboard provides deeper insights through charts and graphs to help you spot trends over time.

Use Analytics to:

  • Monitor wait times and visit volumes across date ranges

  • Compare performance across services or locations

  • Identify patterns in customer flow

  • Coming soon! Track customer satisfaction (if surveys are enabled)

Report Builder (Custom Data Exports)

Use the Report Builder when you want to download structured data for deeper analysis or reporting needs.

📍 Navigate to: Account Overview > Reports

With the Report Builder, you can:

  • Choose specific data types (visits, customers, messages, etc.)

  • Filter by date, service, staff, or location

  • Export in CSV format for spreadsheets or dashboards

Enterprise only: The Report Builder is only available on the Enterprise subscription plan

User Performance Updates Report

This report shows how your team members are performing—perfect for staffing reviews or optimizing operations.

Key metrics include:

  • Number of guests handled

  • Average service time per visit

  • Customer Feedback metrics

  • Staff-level trends over time

SMS Usage Report

Keep track of your SMS message volume and credit usage with this report. Ideal for budgeting or estimating future costs.

View:

  • Total messages sent over a custom date range

  • Total message segments sent

  • SMS Message cost

Customer Export

Need a list of all your customers or want to sync them with another tool? Use the Customer Export to download your customer data.

📍 Navigate to: Customers > Export

Export includes:

  • Contact info (name, phone, email)

  • Visit progress with time & date stamps

  • Service selection

  • Notes and tags

  • Custom data field inputs (if collected)
