Key metrics widget

The key metrics widget provides updates on a few key metrics for your business at one specific location.

Bookings

The bookings card displays the number of parties that have scheduled appointments for the dates selected. If they were a booking that later turned into waitlisted, they are counted here (not under Waitlisted parties). Ongoing bookings refers to the number of bookings still being served.

Waitlisted

Waitlisted represents the number of parties that were placed on the waitlist for the dates selected. Waitlisted bookings are excluded from this number and instead counted under Bookings, as mentioned above. Waiting is the number of parties that are currently on the waitlist.

Serving

Serving is the total number of parties that were served in the time frame selected. This include bookings, waitlisted, and directly served parties. Serve rate shows the percentage of visits that were served in the time range selected. While it is not common, this can be greater than 100% if enough of the served visits originally registered outside of the time window selected.

Wait time

Wait time displays the average amount of time the parties were in the waitlist before being moved to the serve list for the time frame selected. Longest wait time is simply the longest a single party was in the waitlist before being moved to the serve list.

Serve duration

Serve duration is the average amount of time the parties were in the serving list before being moved to the completed list. Longest serve time is the longest a single party was in the serving list before being moved to the completed list. These durations exclude auto-completed visits.

Peak line length

Peak line length show the maximum number of parties in the waitlist at any point in the date range selected, whereas Avg line length displays the average number of parties in the waitlist during the date range selected.

Stats charts

Total visits

In Total visits, you can see the total number of visits that were active at one point in the timeframe selected (today, yesterday, or last seven days). It shows the progression of completed or dropped off visits, related to the total visits of that period.

Bookings are included in Total visits based on the date of the appointment, not the date of creation. Visits served, completed or dropped off a different day from the original registration will also be counted here.

Each active visit is classified into one of the following:

  • Completed: If a visit was marked as completed and was not a dropoff at any point.

  • Dropoff: If a visit was marked as cancelled, no-show, or removed.

  • Unhandled: Any visits that have not been served or are currently being served.

Dropoffs

Dropoffs is displayed as a pie chart, showing the breakdown of the number of dropped-off visits.

Dropped-off visits include:

  • Cancelled visits: Visits that have been cancelled by someone on your team, or by the guest themself. This also includes visits that have been auto-expired and set as cancelled.

  • No-showed visits: Visits that have been marked as a no-show by a staff member, or that have been auto-expired and set as no-showed.

  • Removed visits: This represents deleted visits.

Visit creator

In the Visit creator pie chart, you'll find a breakdown of the visits that were created by staff vs guests.
