The Services tab in Analytics contains data related to the services that you offer, and is a great place to start when comparing performance between them.
Detailed charts
The detailed charts in the Services tab give you deeper insights into key areas of your business. They provide detailed information about Service combinations, as well as Service categories and services.
Service combinations
The Service combinations bar chart shows the top service combinations across service categories comparable across different metrics.
The metrics include:
All visits
Bookings
Waitlisted parties
Waitlisted bookings
Dropoffs
Served
Completed
No-shows
Cancelled
Removed
Avg wait duration
Avg serve duration
Note: The service combinations data will only be meaningful if you allow your guests to select more than one service when registering, thereby creating service combinations. If your business does not allow multiple services, the data in this chart and table will be displayed on a per-service basis instead.
Service categories and services
The Service category bar charts show the top services within the service category comparable across different metrics.

Waitlisted parties
Waitlisted bookings

Note: Each service category gets its own chart and table for comparison within the respective category.
Note: Depending on your plan type, your access to Analytics will differ.
Free plan: No access to Analytics.
Starter plan: Access to the Overview tab, ability to view data 90 days back.
Business plan: Access to all tabs, ability to view data 365 days back.
Enterprise plan: Access to all tabs, ability to view data 3 years back.
