Within your Waitwhile account, you can change the credit card on file, update your billing email, and update your billing address.
Change your billing details
Log into your account, go to Account overview > Account settings > Plan & billing, navigate to Billing details, select the button you wish to update.
From there, you can update:
Address (required)
Billing email
Billing address requirements
A verified billing address is required for self-serve accounts to ensure accurate tax calculation and regulatory compliance.
Address Verification
Paid Accounts: Admins with billing permissions must provide an address via the in-app prompt.
Free Accounts: Users will be prompted for an address only when upgrading to a paid plan.
Enterprise Accounts: No action is required as invoicing is managed manually.
Change the credit card on file
Select Account overview > Account settings > Payment information to update the credit card on file.
Need to update an existing invoice?
To ensure our cost remain low for our customers, we use an automating invoicing system that will generate invoices on the date of your renewal. Once an invoice is generated it cannot be modified.
All updates made to your billing information will be displayed on your next invoice.
