Receipts are automatically emailed to the Waitwhile account owner on the date of renewal once a credit card has been successfully charged.
How to retrieve a past invoice or receipt
To retrieve a past invoice/receipt from within your Waitwhile account, navigate to the Billing section in your account settings. Log into your Waitwhile account, click on Settings, select Billing.
Under the Billing details, click on View invoices.
The pop-up window will display past invoice history. Click the down arrow to expand the proper section and expose the ability to download your invoice/receipt. Click Download to save your invoice/receipt as a pdf.
Note: You must be an admin or owner to view and download past invoice history.
