Our self-serve plans are designed to empower you to manage your services independently and efficiently. As such, our Starter and Business plans do not include the completion of new vendor paperwork on behalf of customers.

However, we have included some helpful information below that will hopefully fit your new vendor requirements.

3rd party payment processors

While our self-serve plans provide you with flexibility in managing payments and subscriptions, they do not encompass the integration or management of 3rd party payment processors (such as Ariba or Coupa). This includes setup, troubleshooting, or configuration of these external services which are only covered within our Enterprise subscription.

All invoices and/or receipts will be submitted electronically through Waitwhile's designated third party software, Stripe. Customer will be required to provide an email address to communicate upcoming renewals, expiring credit cards, and receipts.

Note: 3rd party payment processing is available for Enterprise Plans.
