As Waitwhile 3.0, the next-gen of Waitwhile, is now fully stable in the web version we're focusing our efforts to launch a brand-new 3.0 app experience for both iOS and Android. To pave the way for this, we’ll no longer provide support for our current 2.0 native apps.

Our current Waitwhile 2.0 iOS and Android apps have served us well, but the future is even brighter. We're building a new Waitwhile 3.0 app that will be 100% up-to-date with all the enhancements and features you’ve seen in our web app over the past few months. In terms of performance and user experience, the new apps will be lightyears ahead of where the iOS and Android apps are today, and they'll always include the latest and greatest features as soon as they're released.

The current iOS and Android Waitwhile apps won’t disappear or stop working, but we’ll no longer be shipping updates or fixes to them. While they’ll continue to function as they are, we recommend transitioning to our web app for the most up-to-date experience. We encourage you to add our web app to your home screen for quick and easy access, and an experience that is almost identical to that of a native app. This ensures you’re always using the most current version of Waitwhile. You can find a simple guide on how to do this in our Help center.

We can’t wait to share the new Waitwhile 3.0 iOS and Android apps with you, targeted for release by the end of 2024. They’re designed to deliver a faster, smoother, and more powerful experience than ever before.
