Waitwhile is a web based application and if you're using a smartphone or tablet we recommend you add it to your home screen as an app icon. This lets you quickly launch Waitwhile and run it in fullscreen, similar to a native app!

Adding Waitwhile to your home screen on iOS devices

To create a home screen app on your iPhone or iPad, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open Safari and browse to new.waitwhile.com and log in to your Waitwhile account

  2. Tap Share at the bottom of the screen

  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen

  4. Type in a name and then tap Add to complete adding the icon to the Home screen.

  5. Press the Home button to return to your home screen

  6. Look for the new Waitwhile icon on your home screen (you may need to swipe through the pages of your home screens to find it)

Now, whenever you tap the Waitwhile logo on your home screen, it will open the app in fullscreen mode, making it feel like a native iOS app.

Adding Waitwhile to your home screen on Android devices

To create a home screen app on an Android phone or tablet, just follow these steps:

  1. Open Chrome and browse to new.waitwhile.com and log in to your Waitwhile account

  2. Tap the Menu button in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Tap Add to Homescreen or Install

  4. Tap Save to complete adding the icon to the home screen

  5. Look for the new Waitwhile icon on your home screen. You may need to swipe through the pages of your Home screens to find it.
