How to upgrade your plan

Depending on your current subscription and/or subscription tier, you may be looking to upgrade your plan in one of the following ways:

  1. Upgrade your current plan tier. This upgrade will keep all of the features and functionality of your current plan, but will allow you to increase the number of locations or visits that your business needs.

  2. Upgrade to a higher level plan. This upgrade will keep all of the features and functionality of your current plan, but will also unlock new features and allow you to increase the number of locations or visits that your business needs.

To upgrade your current plan tier

Within the Billing section, click Manage plan. Move the slider to the right to adjust your plan to allow for the proper number of visits.

Example

You are currently on the Business Plan with 7 Locations/7,000 visits. Moving the slider to the right, you can increase your plan up to 10 Locations/10,000 visits.

To upgrade your subscription plan

Within the Billing section, click Change plan. From the pricing page, select the subscription plan that fits your visit needs.

Example

You are currently on the Starter plan with 4 locations/3,000 visits. The Starter plan allows for a maximum of 4 locations/3,000 visits. To upgrade your plan to allow for a higher volume, you will need to upgrade to the Business plan. Once you have selected the Business plan, you will be able to choose the number of locations and visits you need.

Note: Upgrades are effectively immediately. Any additional fees will be prorated and will be charged with your next monthly invoice.

For customers on an annual subscription, additional fees will be charged on your next months renewal date (e.g. if annual renewal is January 1st, any subscription upgrade fees will be charged on the 1st of the month).

How to downgrade your plan

Depending on your current subscription and/or subscription tier, you may be looking to downgrade your plan in one of the following ways:

  1. Downgrade your current plan tier. This downgrade will keep all of the features and functionality of your current plan, but will allow you to decrease the number of locations or visits that your business needs.

  2. Downgrade to a lower level plan. This downgrade will result in a loss of features and functionality as well as allow you to decrease the number of locations or visits that your business needs.

To downgrade your current plan tier

Within the Billing section, click Manage Plan. Move the slider to the left to reduce the number of visits your business needs.

Example

You are currently on the Business plan with 7 locations/7,000 visits. Moving the slider to the left, you can decrease your plan down to 4 locations/4,000 visits.

To upgrade your subscription plan

Within the Billing section, click Change plan. From the pricing page, select the subscription plan that fits your visit needs.

Example

The Business plan allows for a minimum of 4 locations/4,000 visits per month. To reduce your visits further, you will need to downgrade your plan to the Starter plan. Once you have selected the Starter plan, you will be able to choose the number of visits you need.

Note: Downgrades within a specific plan are prorated and credited to your account. Any credits are automatically applied to future invoices. Downgrades to a lower subscription plan will take effect upon your next renewal date. No credits are applied.
