This article contains many common questions customers may have as it pertains to the different pricing self-serve plans

How long can I use the Free plan?

You can use the Free plan for as long as you want or need. This plan is meant to be used to trial Waitwhile, review its capabilities, and ensure that it is functional for your business needs.

What if I exceed my plan limits?

You will still be able to access your customer flows (waitlist, appointments...), but you won't be able to add any new guests until the beginning of your next monthly period. You can also choose to upgrade your account to the next plan to avoid interrupting your customer flows.

What if I do not use all of my visits or message credit in one month?

Unused visits and message credits do not rollover for customer on the Starter or Business plan. Any unused message credits purchased with the auto-refill feature will rollover each month until they are completely used.

For customers on an Starter or Business annual plan, visits and message credits are distributed equally for the 12 month period. Your visit and message credit allotment will renew on a monthly basis and any unused visits or message credits will not rollover.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time if you're on a monthly plan. This means you can use Waitwhile only as needed and not pay for the months you don't need it!

You can also save 20% on your Waitwhile subscription by choosing an annual plan which you can renew or cancel on an annual basis.

What are my payment options?

Starter and Business plans require a credit card for payment. We support VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Your credit card will be charged on your monthly or annual renewal date for the upcoming period.

Enterprise plans offer additional payment options including ACH debit and ACH credit.

Waitwhile does not accept check payments.

What if I have different locations that will have different visit volumes?

No need to worry! Your total visit allotment can be used as needed across your entire account. If one location needs 500 visits while the other may need 1,000, simply select a plan that include 1,500 visits/month.

What kind of support do I get?

We got your back! All our paid plans come with support via email and chat, and our Enterprise plans also get phone support. You can also check out our Pricing page for more details on what is included with your subscription plan type.

Do you offer nonprofit, government, or educational discounts?

Yes, we provide a 10% discount on the license fee of Waitwhile for Government, Education, and nonprofit organizations for Starter and Business plan customers. Simply reach out to support to provide proof of your status and we will add the discount to your plan.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

If you're part of a large organization with advanced needs (typically more than 10 locations &/or 10,000 visits/month), please contact sales and we'll work with you on a an Enterprise proposal that fits your needs.

We can also offer Business plans with more than 10 locations and 10,000 visits if your usage has grown beyond the limits of our self-serve product. Contact sales to learn more about this.

Do you offer flexible payment terms like invoicing?
