This article contains many common questions customers may have as it pertains to the different pricing self-serve plans

How long can I use the Free plan?

You can use the Free plan for as long as you want or need. This plan is meant to be used to trial Waitwhile, review its capabilities, and ensure that it is functional for your business needs.

What if I exceed the plan limits?

You will still be able to access your customer flows (waitlist, appointments...), but you won't be able to add any new guests until the beginning of your next monthly period. You can also choose to upgrade your account to the next plan to avoid service interruption.

What if I do not use all of the allocated visits

Unused visits do not rollover for customers on the Starter or Business plan. For customers on an Starter or Business annual plan, visits are distributed equally for the 12 month period. Your visit allotment will renew on a monthly basis and any unused visits will not rollover.

What if I have different locations that will have different visit volumes?

No need to worry! Your total visit allotment can be used as needed across your entire account. If one location needs 500 visits while the other may need 1,000, simply select a plan that include 1,500 visits/month.

Will Message Credits roll over from month-to-month?

SMS Message Credits are independent from the subscription fee. Any unused message credits purchased will remain on your account until they are completely used.

Are Message Credits applied to the Account or a single location?

The Message Credits are account wide. You do not need to set up message credit for each location separately.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

You can select between monthly or annual plans. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Upgrades will take effect instantly and any additional fees will be prorated on your next invoice.

Downgrades will take effect instantly and any unused fees will be credited to your next invoice

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued. Following a cancellation, any unused Message credit will stay on your account until they are used.

What are my payment options?

Starter and Business plans require a credit card for payment. We support VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Your credit card will be charged on your monthly or annual renewal date for the upcoming period.

Enterprise plans offer additional payment options including ACH debit and ACH credit.

Waitwhile does not accept check payments.

What kind of support do I get?

We got your back! All our paid plans come with support via email and chat, and our Enterprise plans include custom support options. You can also check out our Pricing page for more details on what is included with your subscription plan type.

Do you offer nonprofit, government, or educational discounts?

Yes, we provide a 10% discount on the license fee of Waitwhile for Government, Education, and nonprofit organizations for Starter and Business plan customers. Simply reach out to support to provide proof of your status and we will add the discount to your plan.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

If you're part of a large organization with advanced needs (typically more than 10 locations &/or 5,000 visits/month), please contact sales and we'll work with you on a an Enterprise proposal that fits your needs.
