Waitwhile offers flexible pricing options designed specifically for event-based businesses. Whether you are running a one-day pop-up, a seasonal attraction, or managing year-round experiences, we have event plans built to fit your needs.

Here’s a breakdown of our Event Pricing tiers:

Single Event

Best for: Brands running short-term events that last between 1–30 days
Starting at: $1,000

Includes:

  • 1 Location or queue (experience)

  • 1,000 guest registrations (Visits)

  • White-label design for a branded experience

  • Customer data import/export

  • Access to advanced analytics

  • Bronze level support

  • 2 x 30 minute configuration sessions w/ our support team

  • Email Communications to Guests

Add-ons:

  • Additional 1,000 visits: $89

  • Additional locations/queues: $89 each

  • SMS available for purchase

Seasonal Event

Best for: Brands running events up to 90 days
Starting at: $2,750

Includes:

  • 2 Location or queue (experience)

  • 3,000 guest registrations (Visits)

  • White-label design for a branded experience

  • Customer data import/export

  • Access to advanced analytics

  • Bronze level support

  • 2 x 30 minute configuration sessions w/ our support team

  • Email Communications to Guests

Add-ons:

  • Additional 1,000 visits: $89

  • Additional locations/queues: $250 each

  • SMS available for purchase

Annual Events

Best for: Brands hosting recurring or year-round events
Starting at: $10,000

Includes:

  • 5 Locations or Queues

  • 12,000 Visits

  • White-label design for a branded experience

  • Customer data import/export

  • Access to advanced analytics

  • Bronze level support

  • 4 x 30 minute configuration sessions w/ our support team

  • Email Communications to Guests
