If you are running low on visits or have run out and need more, you will need to upgrade your current subscription plan to support a higher volume of visits.

To see how many visits you have used on your Waitwhile plan, navigate to the Billing section in your account settings by logging into your Waitwhile account. From there, click on Settings and select Billing.

Under the Business section, you will see how many visits you have used out of the total number allotted for the period.

Depending on your current subscription and/or subscription tier, you may need to upgrade your plan in one of the following ways:

Within the Billing section, click Manage plan. Move the slider to the right to adjust your plan to allow for the proper number of visits.

Example

You are currently on the Business plan with 7 locations/7,000 visits. Moving the slider to the right, you can increase your visits by increments of 1,000 visits/month up to 10,000 visits.

Within the Billing section, click Change plan. From the pricing page, select the subscription plan that fits your visit needs.

Example

You are currently on the Starter plan with 3,000 visits. The Starter plan only allows for up to 3,000/month. To select a plan that includes more visits, you will need to upgrade to the Business plan. Once you have selected the Business plan, you will be able to choose the number of visits you need in increments of 1,000 visits/month.
