Locations is the home of all the locations in your account. Managing all your locations in one place enables you to get a holistic view of your operations.

Actions on the Locations page

Add new location

To add a new location to your Waitwhile account, simply click Add location in the top right corner and follow the instructions in Adding a new location.

Create and manage labels

Labels can be used to organize and segment your locations in a very customizable way, to perfectly fit your organization's need. To set up and use your labels, see our article on Managing labels.

View real-time, operational status across all locations

For each location, you get a real-time snapshot of the current wait time, how many people or parties are in line, how many bookings are coming up, and the number of people or parties currently being served.

Perform bulk actions

You can perform bulk actions on all your locations from the Locations page as well. Bulk action options include to activate or deactivate locations, add labels and label values, and delete locations. To perform bulk actions, select the locations you want included and click the button with the action you want carried out. To select all locations, click the checkbox next to "Name".

Filter and sort the list of locations

To show only certain locations, click Filter. In the modal that expands, you can set filters for location status (active, inactive, or both), as well as labels, if you have any set up.

Furthermore, the locations table is sortable by the name column, as well as any labels you have added. When sorting by labels, the locations will also be grouped accordingly. See more in Using labels.
