Expanding your Waitwhile account with more locations is quite straightforward. You can either choose to create an entirely new location from scratch, or duplicate an existing one, using it as a template for the new location.
How to add a location
Log In to Your Account
Access your Waitwhile account with an administrator or owner role.
Navigate to the Locations Settings
In the dashboard, go to the User menu icon in the lower left corner of the dashboard and select Account overview
Select Account Settings > Locations in the navigation bar
Add a New Location
Click on the Add Location button.
Fill in the required details, including:
Location Name
Location display name
Configure Location Settings
Determine whether you want to start fresh or copy from a different location within your account.
Choose which properties you want included copying . These include:
Users: All users with access to the location that is being duplicated will have access to the new location as well.
Labels: All labels and values that are assigned to the old location will be assigned to the new location as well.
Resources: Resources can be shared with or copied to the new location.
Sharing means that both locations will have access to these resources and any changes to them will be reflected on both locations.
Copying the resources means that new, unique instances of them will be created for the new location. These will then exist separately from the original resources and any changes to them will have no impact on the other ones.
Services: Services can also be shared with or copied to the new location.
Sharing means that both locations will have access to these services, and any changes to them will be reflected on both locations.
Copying the services means that new, unique instances of them will be created for the new location. These will then exist separately from the original services and any changes to them will have no impact on the other ones.
Input fields: Lastly, your input fields can also be shared with or copied to the new location.
Sharing means that both locations will have access to these input fields and any changes to them will be reflected on both locations.

Save the Location
Once all fields are filled in, click Add location to create the location.
How to duplicate an existing location
To make adding more locations even easier, you have the option to start with a duplicate of an already existing location.
Select Location to copy from
Configure location settings
Enter a name for the new location.
Follow step 4 from above.
Save the location
Click Duplicate once all fields are filled in to create the location.
