How much does Waitwhile cost?

In this article, we've collected some common questions about our plans and pricing.

Can I use Waitwhile for free?

Yes, indeed! You can build your ideal customer flow using virtual waitlists, appointments, or both, serve up to 50 guests each month, and access some of our awesome features - for free!

What if I exceed my plan limits?

You will still be able to access your customer flows (waitlist, appointments...), but you won't be able to add any new guests until the beginning of your next monthly period. You can also choose to upgrade your account to the next plan to avoid interrupting your customer flows.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

If you serve fewer than a 50 guests a month, you can try our Free plan. Otherwise, choose Starter or Business based on the number of locations that you need and the number of guests you expect. Starter and Business plans also come with more features that you can review in the "Compare plans" section of our Pricing Page.

How can I set up my payment information or change my subscription?

You can update your billing and subscription information under Settings > Billing.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Canceling can be done easily under Settings > Billing > End your subscription and your plan won't renew after the current billing period. You don't lose your statistics or customer data if you cancel either so it's flexible to turn off or turn on based on your current needs. You can also simply reach out to Waitwhile Support for assistance.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time if you're on a monthly plan. This means you can use Waitwhile only as needed and not pay for the months you don't need it!

You can also save 20% on your Waitwhile subscription by choosing an annual plan which you can renew or cancel on an annual basis.

What are my payment options?

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. We support VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you'll be charged annually and save 20% of your Waitwhile subscription.

What kind of support do I get?

We got your back! All our plans come with support via email and chat, and our Enterprise plans also get phone support. You can also check out our Pricing Page for more details on what is included with your subscription plan type.

Do you offer nonprofit, or educational discounts?

Sure thing. Just reach out to Support or your Account Manager, provide proof of your status, and we will add a discount to your subscription!

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

If you're part of a large organization with advanced needs (typically more than 20 locations), please schedule a meeting with our sales team and we'll work with you on a proposal. You can visit our Pricing Page for more details on what is included with an Enterprise plan.

We can also offer Business plans with more than 10 locations and 10,000 visits if your usage has grown beyond the limits of our self-serve product. Contact us to learn more about this.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade a plan mid-period?

Upgrades are effective immediately and you'll be charged the pro-rated amount of your new subscription. Downgrades are effective at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer flexible payment terms like invoicing?

We’re happy to provide invoicing on our Enterprise plans. Contact us to learn more about our Enterprise pricing. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
