At Waitwhile, we understand that every business has unique requirements. That's why we offer four (4) distinct pricing plans designed to cater to different levels of usage and service needs. Whether you're just starting out or managing multiple locations, we have a plan that will suit your needs.

Plan building blocks

  • The number of locations and/or queues

  • The quantity of monthly visitors interacting with the system

  • The number of SMS messages you wish to send to each visitor

  • Specific feature requirements and system functionality

Terminology

  • Location represents a physical location, a queue, a line, or scheduling calendar. E.g. a location can represent a physical store, but if that store has multiple queues, each service point would be a location within your Waitwhile account.

  • Visits are submitted registrations to the Waitwhile platform. Each time someone joins your waitlist or schedules an appointment, they create a Visit in Waitwhile. A single guest may have multiple visits if they come to your business frequently. A visit does not have to be completed to count against your total allotment. Visits include scheduled, joined, cancelled, no-showed, and deleted registrations.

  • Message credits are the prepaid allotment of funds that are allocated to sending & receiving SMS messages to your customers & staff. Every time you send or receive a message in Waitwhile, you use your message credits.

Free plan


Perfect for those just getting started

  • Number of Locations: Ideal for a single queue or physical location.

  • Number of Visitors: Suitable for those that need up to 50 visits/month

  • Message Credits: Includes $2.00 in Message Credit which can be used for sending SMS to your visitors

Starter plan


Great for growing businesses that need more features and support.

  • Number of Locations: Suitable for small businesses with up to 4 locations.

  • Number of Visitors: Accommodates up to 3,000 visits/month across your account

  • Message Credits: Increased SMS message allowance compared to the FREE plan.

  • All the Features of the FREE plan

  • Personalized customer messages

  • Basic chat support

Business plan


Designed for mid-sized businesses with higher visitor volumes and multiple locations.

  • Number of Locations: Supports up to 10 locations.

  • Number of Visitors: Handles up to 10,000 visitor interactions/month across your account

  • Message Credits: Generous SMS message allowance tailored for increased usage.

Features:

  • All the Features of the FREE & Starter plan

  • Advanced multi-location reporting and insights

  • Access to export & import customer data

  • API Access for Integrations with third-party tools

Enterprise plan


The ultimate solution for large businesses and enterprises.

  • Number of Locations: Unlimited locations, perfect for expansive operations.

  • Number of Visitors: Designed to manage a very high volume of visitor interactions.

  • Message Credit: Custom message packages to fit your specific needs.

Features:

  • Full suite of visitor management tools

  • Advanced analytics and custom reporting

  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager and premium support

  • Custom integrations and API access

Plan tiers for Starter and Business

Within both the Starter and Business plan subscriptions, Waitwhile will allow you to select from different tiers based on your volume needs.

Starter plan

Tiers within the Starter plan are based on visits and are adjustable in quantities of 500 visits/month up to 3,000. Customers on the this plan will receive the ability to add up to 4 locations regardless of your specific needs

Example

  • Customer A: Needs 1 Location with 1,000 visits/ month. Plan selection = Starter x 2 for $46/month on the annual subscription

  • Customer B: Needs 2 Locations with 2,500 visits/month. Plan selection = Starter x 5 for $115/month on the annual subscription

Business plan

Tiers within the Business plan are based on locations and/or visits. volumes are adjustable in quantities of 1 location or 1,000 visits/month up to 10 locations/10,000 visits/month. Customers on the this plan will receive a minimum of 4 locations and 4,000 visits and can move up from there.

Example

  • Customer A: Needs 6 Location with 2,000 visits/ month. Plan selection = Business x 6 for $234/month on the annual subscription

  • Customer B: Needs 1 Location with 8,000 visits/month. Plan selection = Starter x 8 for $312/month on the annual subscription
