Reach us over live chat

Our Live Chat hours are open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST. This is the best way to reach our support team. To start a chat, click Help in the bottom left corner and select Chat with support.

By sending a chat from within your Waitwhile account, it will enable us to gain a better understanding of your issue and provide a more speedy resolution.

You can also email us at support@waitwhile.com which will create a help ticket with our support team. Someone from our support team will be available to help Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Call us

If you're an Enterprise customer and you have paid for Premium support, we have staff that monitors the Waitwhile phone support number that your organization has been provided. Phone support is available Monday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Support outside of business hours

Enterprise customers that have paid for Premium support can reach any of the above support options 24/7.
