Start by going to https://app.waitwhile.com and clicking the blue 'Forgot password?' seen in the image below.

Request a Reset

To have Waitwhile automatically send your email account a 'reset', enter your email address in the field and select 'Reset my password'.

Check Your Email

When you have completed the reset request, Waitwhile will send an email to the address you have on your account. It should come within a few minutes, but if you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your SPAM folder to make sure the reset didn't get lost.

Still No Email?

The password requirements are as follows:

  • 8 character minimum and 64 character maximum length

  • Sequential and repetitive characters (e.g. 12345 or aaa) are restricted

  • Commonly used passwords (e.g. password, name, etc.) are restricted
