Start by going to app.waitwhile.com/login. Then click the blue "Forgot your password?" link seen in the image below.
Request a new password
To have Waitwhile automatically send you an email to reset your password, simply enter your email address in the field and confirm.
Check your inbox for the password reset email
When you have completed the reset request, Waitwhile will send an email to the address you have on your account. It should come within a few minutes, but if you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder to make sure the reset didn't get lost.
Set your new password
Your new password needs to follow the following requirements:
6 character minimum and 64 character maximum length
Sequential and repetitive characters (e.g. 12345 or aaa) are restricted
Commonly used passwords (e.g. password, name, etc.) are restricted
