If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to app.waitwhile.com/forgot-password. And then enter your email and click Reset my password πŸ‘‡

Seeing an error when logging in?

If you run into an error screen as you're trying to log in for the first time or you're locked out of your account, you can do the following:

  1. Delete the cache in your browser and try logging in again. You can find the steps to delete your cache in the 2nd part of this article.

  2. If deleting the cache doesn't help, you can try logging in through another browser. We suggest using Google Chrome, but Safari and Firefox are great as well.

  3. If this doesn't help, check status.waitwhile.com to see if we've any known current outages

  4. If there aren't any outages, ask a teammate with ADMIN or OWNER access to check your permissions in Waitwhile under Settings > Users.

    • You might not have a user account connected to your email address, in this case your colleague needs to send you a user invite.

    • If your colleague cannot send you an invite, it might be possible that you already have a user registered on a different Waitwhile account. In this case you need to get that user deleted before you can receive a new invitation. If you don't know how, reach out to support via chat or email (support@waitwhile.com).

Issues with SSO/SAML login
