Services are the different experiences your customers can choose from when they visit your business. Examples of Services include:

  • At a barber shop: the different haircut types

  • At a retail store: a private shopping session or a return

  • At a clinic: the different types of exams or procedures offered.

Tip: Don't overcomplicate! If your business only offers one primary experience, you don't need to add Services. For example, at a haunted house, customers know that they are here for the haunted house experience, so there is no need to list one “Haunted House” service there for them to select.

Where do your Services show up?

Your Services will show up when your guests join your waitlist or schedule an appointment. This is the first step of the sign up flow:

They will also show up on the dashboard where your staff manages the visits, as well as in the panel where your staff adds the guest to the waitlist or to the booking calendar:
