If you're on our Starter or Business Plan, you can cancel by visiting Settings > Billing and clicking Change plan to access the Plan Change page.
Select Downgrade to Free to initiate the cancellation.
What will happen after your cancellation?
You will continue to have access to your Waitwhile plan until your billing period runs out. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
If you do not log into your account for 6 months it will be automatically deleted.
How do I delete my account?
Once you have cancelled, you can go to Account > Security & Data and click Delete account to delete your account.
