How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime and your billing will not be renewed after the current period

To cancel your subscription

If you're on our Starter or Business Plan, you can cancel your subscription by visiting Settings > Billing and clicking Cancel plan.

We will ask you to review your selection, remind you of the features and functionality you will be losing access to, and will ask you to select Continue to initiate the cancellation.

What will happen after your cancellation?

You will continue to have access to your Waitwhile plan until your billing period runs out. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.


If you do not log into your account for 6 months it will be automatically deleted.

How do I delete my account?

Once you have cancelled, you can go to Account > Security & data and click Delete account to delete your account.
