It’s especially useful in businesses with multiple counters, windows, or service desks—such as service centers, government offices, clinics, or repair centers—where staff need to call and direct customers to a specific location for service.
What Is the Waitlist Display?
The Waitlist Display is a digital screen (typically shown on a TV or monitor in your lobby or waiting area) that shows:
Customers currently in line
Their place in the queue
When and where they’re being called (e.g., “Now Serving: John – Window 2”)

How to show counters or windows
To direct customers to a specific counter, desk, or window follow these steps:
Enable Waitlist Display
Configure your Waitlist Display settings
Enable & configure Resources as Counters/windows. Learn more about Resources
Alert the customer only when acting as a specific Resource. Learn more about acting as a Resource
Best Practices
Place the display screen in a highly visible area near your entrance or waiting zone.
Use sound notifications if available to draw attention when a new name is called.
Train staff to consistently act as the resource (e.g. counter or window) to properly alert the customer when it is their turn. visitors.
Test your flow to make sure the display updates in real time and shows the correct information.
