Waitwhile offers extensive options to personalize the text and terms for your customers and your business when they view your registration pages and public displays. By tailoring these settings, you can create a branded, streamlined look that aligns with your business needs and locale!

Region

  • Languages Add your preferred customer-facing languages to match your business locale and your clientele. This will help customers to alternate between languages based on their preferences.

  • Timezone Adjust your timezone accordingly to match your locale. This way you can align your schedule and operations with your local time zone.

  • Currency Set the currency used for your services. This will help you customers check the cost on your preferred currency.

You can have access to Localisation under Account settings > Public pages in Waitwhile, which will help you to better manage multilingual experiences across your account.

While nothing has been removed, this update introduces powerful enhancements:

  • Supported languages selector now available at the account level (ALO)

  • Add localization fields for all account-level public pages

  • Moved “public page terms” from locations to a new centralized Localization page

  • Organized by tabs (e.g. Location Directory, All Waitlists) for easier management

  • Set which languages are available to guests on account-level pages

These improvements centralize and simplify language management—no breaking changes, just more control.

Terms

  • Business terms Edit you business terms to reflect the business’s identity. Here you can edit terms such as Booking, Visit, Customer etc and change it based on your preferences. You can also adjust the plural form of said Terms.

E.g A restaurant that mostly uses Reservations can now change the Booking term to Reservations instead.

  • Customer journey terms Here you can adjust any terms related to the customer journey, starting from the minute a customer lands into your business's Welcome Page until the moment they finish the process of booking their appointment or joining the waitlist!
