  6. Finalize the cancellation

    • Once confirmed, your subscription will be set to end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Service Access:

    • You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

    • After this period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

  • Data Retention:

    • Customer data and settings will remain intact if you switch to the Free plan.

    • Access to features will be limited to the Free plan (e.g. ability to customize message templates)

  • Reactivating Your Subscription:

    • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan in the billing section.

  • Account deletion: If you do not log into your account for 6 months it will be automatically deleted.

Key Considerations

  • Annual Plans: If you’re on an annual subscription, cancellation may not result in an immediate refund unless stated in the terms of service.

  • Pending Payments: Any unpaid invoices must be cleared before the subscription can be canceled.
