Navigate to billing settings
Click on My User profile icon in the lower-left corner of the dashboard.

Confirm your cancellation
Finalize the cancellation
Once confirmed, your subscription will be set to end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Service Access:
You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
After this period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Data Retention:
Customer data and settings will remain intact if you switch to the Free plan.
Access to features will be limited to the Free plan (e.g. ability to customize message templates)
Reactivating Your Subscription:
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan in the billing section.
Account deletion: If you do not log into your account for 6 months it will be automatically deleted.
Key Considerations
Annual Plans: If you’re on an annual subscription, cancellation may not result in an immediate refund unless stated in the terms of service.
Pending Payments: Any unpaid invoices must be cleared before the subscription can be canceled.
