If you no longer need your Waitwhile account, you can delete it to remove all associated data. Deleting your account is permanent, so ensure you have downloaded any necessary information before proceeding.

Steps to Delete Your Waitwhile Account

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Access your Waitwhile account with your Owner credentials.

  2. Navigate to Account settings

    • Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

    • Select Account overview from the menu.

    • Select Account settings from the navigation menu

  3. Locate the Deletion Option

    • In the Account Settings menu, scroll to Plans & Pricing

    • From Plans & Pricing, select Delete Waitwhile account

  4. Confirm Your Decision

    • Follow the instructions on the screen to Delete Waitwhile account.

Important Considerations

  • Data Backup: Before deleting your account, download any reports, customer data, or settings you may need in the future.

  • Team Access: Inform team members about your decision to delete the account, as they will lose access immediately after deletion.

  • Irreversible Action: Once the account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
