How to delete a user for your Waitwhile account or manage users location visibility

Managing user access in Waitwhile is essential for maintaining account security and ensuring each team member can only access relevant locations. In Waitwhile, you can delete users who no longer need access and manage visibility settings to control which locations are accessible to each user.

Deleting a User from Your Waitwhile Account

If a member of your staff no longer works for your business, you can remove them entirely from your account by:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the user and select Delete

  2. Click the delete confirmation button and confirm

Note: Only owners, admins, and specific custom roles have permission to delete users.

Managing User Location Visibility

If a user should no longer should have access to a given location, you can change their Location access by:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the user and select Edit

  2. Change the Locations dropdown and remove the location

  3. Click Save

Warning: If you do this by mistake, you will need to re-invite the user to your account again. Some of the data associated with their previous user will be wiped out.
