Waitwhile offers several integration options, from simple connections via Zapier to advanced customization with webhooks and our API, ensuring a seamless fit with your existing technology stack. We’re here to help you find the best solution for your business.

Native Integrations

Waitwhile also provides direct native integrations with platforms like Facebook, Google Tag Manager, RetailNext, and Salesforce. These integrations allow you to seamlessly connect Waitwhile with key tools that enhance customer engagement, analytics, and operational efficiency without needing additional middleware or custom configurations.

Note: Don't see a native integration? Check to see if the integration can be done using Zapier. You can do this by viewing the Zapier app marketplace to see if your requested app (e.g. Tripletex) is available. If it is, then you should be able to set up the integration using Zapier.

Zapier

The simplest way to connect Waitwhile to over 3,000 other apps is through Zapier. With Zapier, you can use preset templates to easily integrate Waitwhile with popular tools like Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Google Calendar, and more.

Getting Started with Zapier

Zapier offers a free account that allows you to create up to 5 single-step "zaps" and run up to 100 tasks per month. Depending on the complexity and frequency of your integrations (multi-step "zaps" or frequent tasks), you may need a paid plan. Visit Zapier's Plans & Pricing page to determine the best fit for your business.

If you’re new to Zapier, start by setting up your account and reviewing their quick-start guide to create your first zap.

Note: Do not see your integration as a native or Zapier integration? Depending on your available resources, you may be interested in building the integration using Waitwhile's flexible REST API.

Webhooks

Zapier relies on webhooks to pull data from specific events in Waitwhile. For example when a visit (Waitlist or Booking) is created or updated. If you have some technical expertise or a developer on your team, using webhooks directly might be a more efficient solution, giving you greater control over your integration setup.
