ADA compliance

ADA compliance, or the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design, is a commitment to inclusivity and access that ensures people with disabilities can use electronic information and technology.

Waitwhile invests significantly in accessibility efforts and strives for high compliance standards. However, Waitwhile's self-serve plans do not meet ADA compliance requirements at this time.

WCAG conformity

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance is a framework of guidelines that help website owners, designers, and developers make their websites more accessible to people with disabilities

Waitwhile's Starter, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions are not WCAG conformant. However, Enterprise customers have the option to include conformity to these standards as part of their negotiated contracts.
