Here are a few ways to identify the reason why your email messages are failing, and when to reach out to our support team.
See why an email message failed to deliver
To see why a message failed, you will need to click on the Visit with the failed messages and then open the Messages tab.
Next, click the red Failed to send email link that is displayed next to the failed message. This will open up a Message details box that will provide additional information about the failed message including a brief description.
Here are some common errors that you may see in your Message details box:
Blocked by Waitwhile
Please make sure your email messages do not contain any outside links or special characters that could be flagged as spam.
Please follow our best practice guidelines to avoid getting your messages filtered.
Email domain is invalid
This issue means that your guest has entered an email that is either invalid or entered incorrectly.
Please advise your guests to verify their email address before submitting.
Recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
This means that the guest has entered an email that has been flagged as spam or had unsubscribed from receiving Waitwhile emails.
Please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Reporting email Issues to Waitwhile support
When reaching out to Waitwhile customer support team, possible include Message IDs (or screenshots of the Message Details box) for a few of the failed messages so that we can reach out directly to our email providers for additional assistance.
