Notify your Resources when someone is waiting
A popular feature in Waitwhile is the ability to automatically send your staff members an SMS or Email whenever someone is waiting for them in your waitlist.
Imagine that your staff member Chris is milling about his business until he gets this text:
He now knows he has to pick up Sarah and gets to it!
So how do you set this up? It's easy! Configure what you want the notifications to say under Settings > Team Notifications.
Enable notifications for yourself
You and your team members can turn on their ability to get messages under Notification preferences. You can choose to send the notifications via SMS, email or push.
