Where can I find my invoices?

View and download your invoices in your Billing.

To find your invoices, go to Settings > Billing and click "View invoices".

Can I download an invoice?

Absolutely, just click the dropdown next to the invoice you'd like to download and click the "Download" button:

Can I get my invoices emailed to me?

You will receive an email notification when you have an invoice ready to view. This will be sent to the Billing email you’ve listed in your Settings > Billing.

You can easily add or update your billing email address here. If you need multiple billing recipients, reach out to us on the Support chat and we can add this for you.

Can you help me understand my invoice?

Absolutely! Send us your question through the Support chat with your invoice details on hand.

Some considerations if your invoice amount is different than expected:

  • We bill ahead: If your subscription changes during the month, you may see an adjustment on your invoice from the previous month, in addition to the bill-ahead amount for the upcoming month.

  • Currency conversion: Our pricing is in US Dollars; if you use another currency, the amount is calculated based on current exchange rates at the time of your invoice.

  • Multiple accounts: If you have multiple accounts in Waitwhile, you will receive an invoice for each one that has an active subscription.
