Sending bulk messages in Waitwhile allows you to reach out to multiple customers at once for important updates, required actions, or notifications.
You can message multiple customers that are:
On the Waitlist
Have a booking today
Are currently being served
To send a message to a group of customers click into the column you want to message. Below we will show how to bulk message Waiting customers.
To select all visits on the page, click the checkbox in the header.
To select specific people, click on the checkbox next to the customers name.
Select Message in the action panel. Compose the message you want to send out to your Customers and click 'Send' to complete.
Note: This message DOES count towards the Customer's Message Visit Limit for the subscription level you are on.
Can I Bulk Message Completed Customers?
Because Waitwhile is designed as a waitlisting and appointment setting tool, there is no way to bulk contact Customers after their visit is completed at this time. If wish to send a message to your customers after their visit, we would recommend configuring the completed or follow-up messages under Settings > Messages > Customer messages
