If a customer no longer wishes to receive SMS messages from your Waitwhile account, they can easily opt-out. By replying with keywords like STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or BLOCK to any message, they will automatically be removed from future SMS communications.

To re-establish communications, the customer needs to reply to the previous message with UNSTOP, START, UNBLOCK.

Note: SMS & Email are treated separately. Opting out of SMS does not automatically opt-out from email or other notifications.
