You can manage services and resources across multiple locations directly from Account settings. This allows you to bulk edit, assign, deactivate, or delete services and resources across your locations, saving time and ensuring consistency.

To get started, navigate to Account overview > Account settings > Services/Resources. Here you can view and manage all services and resources across your locations

Available actions managing services and resources

From Account settings, you can:

  • Create new services and resources

  • Edit multiple services or resources at once

  • Assign services and resources to specific locations

  • Deactivate services and resources

  • Delete services and resources

Let's take a closer look.

Create new services and resources

To create a new service or resource from Account settings, you do just as you would in Location settings.

  1. Start by clicking Create service or Create resource in the top right corner

Note: The only difference in creating services and resources from Account settings compared to Location settings is that you currently cannot set localized translations for names, display names, or descriptions. This needs to be managed from Location settings.

Edit multiple services or resources at once

Making updates to multiple services and resources across locations can be cumbersome, but it's made easy by following these steps:

  1. Select the services or resources you want to update from the list

  2. Click on Edit in the toolbar

  3. Select the properties you want to update and enter the values you want them updated to. Please note that this will overwrite any current values.

Assign multiple services and resources to specific locations

From Account settings, you can also assign or un-assign your services or resources to any locations.

  1. Select the resources services or resources you'd like to add to or remove from locations

  2. Click Assign locations in the toolbar

  3. In the modal, first select an action

    1. Add to existing locations: Adds (appends) the locations you select in the next step to each service or resource

    2. Replace existing locations: Replaces (overwrites) the already existing locations connected to the services and resources

    3. Remove selected locations: Removes (detaches) the locations you select in the next step. Please note that any service and resource needs to be connected to at least one location

  4. Then, select the locations the action should apply to

  5. Click Save and the changes will be applied

Deactivate or delete multiple services and resources

To delete or deactivate resources and services in bulk, follow these steps.

  1. Select resources or services from the list

  2. Click Deactivate or Delete in the toolbar

    1. Deactivate: Means the resource or service will not be available to select for staff members or customers

    2. Delete: The resource or service will be permanently deleted

  3. Confirm your action

Filter your selection

If you want to narrow down your selection based on your custom labels, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Filter

  2. Open the Filter by dropdown and select Labels

  3. Open the Label name dropdown and select the label you'd like to filter by (note that you can only select to filter by one label simultaneously)

  4. Lastly, open the Label value dropdown and select the value(s) to include in your filter

Once any filter has been applied, it is indicated by a badge on the filter icon. You can also filter by Locations following the same steps, while selecting Locations in step number two.

Location-specific bulk management of services and resources

You can also manage services and resources in bulk at the location level. Navigate to Location settings > Services/Resources and use multi-select actions to edit, deactivate, or delete services and resources for that specific location.
