Inviting users to Waitwhile is simple and ensures your team has the right level of access to keep your operations running smoothly. As an added bonus, inviting your staff to utilize Waitwhile is FREE. You can invite as many users as you'd like to your Waitwhile account.
How to invite a new user
Go to Account settings > Users and click the Invite button.
Enter their name & email address (For password reset purposes, we recommended that this be an email address that will receive emails)
Select the locations the user should have access to view and operate.
Set the permissions rights for the user
Once the invite is sent, the user will appear in the pending invites tab until they have properly accepted the invite and set a password.
Note: You can control what kind of permissions each user should have, if they should be able to view your analytics, change your business hours, or only be able to manage your waitlist. Depending on your plan, you can also create custom user roles that are specific to your business needs.

Share the invite link manually
When a user has been invited, you can also share the link manually. Go to pending invites, click the dropdown and select Copy invite link to manually paste their unique invite link into an email or Slack message.
You can also resend the invite by clicking Resend invite.
Revoke the invite
If you accidentally invited a user, you can revoke the invite by clicking the Revoke invitation link. This will render the invite link obsolete.
Warning: You cannot modify the invite details once the invite has been sent until it has been accepted.
To update a name: once the invite has been accepted, the user can change the name on the credentials
To update an email address: Revoke the pending invite and send a new one with the proper email address
