Detailed charts
The detailed charts in the Operations tab give you deeper insights into key areas of your business. They provide detailed information about Visits by location, Visits by label, Users, and Resources.
Visits by location
The Visits by location chart is a bar chart comparing location data using different metrics.
The metrics include:
All visits
Bookings
Waitlisted parties
Waitlisted bookings
Dropoffs
Served
Completed
No-shows
Cancelled
Removed
Avg wait duration
Avg serve duration
Visits by label
The Visits by label chart is a bar chart comparing location groupings through labels.
The metrics include:
All visits
Bookings
Waitlisted parties
Waitlisted bookings
Dropoffs
Served
Completed
No-shows
Cancelled
Removed
Avg wait duration
Avg serve duration
Users
The Visits by user chart is a bar chart comparing user data using different metrics.
The metrics include:

Resource categories and resources
The Resource category bar charts show the top resources within a resource category. Resources are comparable using different metrics.
Note: Each resource category gets its own chart and table for comparison within the respective category.

Note: Depending on your plan type, your access to Analytics will differ.
Free plan: No access to Analytics.
Starter plan: Access to the Overview tab, ability to view data 90 days back.
Business plan: Access to all tabs, ability to view data 365 days back.
Enterprise plan: Access to all tabs, ability to view data 3 years back.
