To keep your estimated wait times, analytics and in general the view of your queues and calendar clean, you need to make sure that the visits are completed in a relatively timely manner. Sometimes in the rush of the hour it can be easy to gloss over a visit and leave it in the queue or calendar for longer than necessary.

To always keep your queues clean, you can use the feature called Expiration Rules.

How to set up automation visit rules

For Waitlist

You can find the Expiration Rules setting for waitlist visits under Settings > Waitlist:

For Bookings

You can find the Expiration Rules setting for booking visits under Settings > Bookings:

For Serving

You can find the Expiration Rules setting for served visits under Settings > Serving:

You can decide how long can the visit stay in the queue before it is expired, as well as what type of tag the completed visit should have once it is closed. E.g.: Completed, No-show, Removed or Cancelled.
