Steps needed to submit a request and verification to send SMS from a dedicated phone number

Do I need a dedicated phone number for my Waitwhile account?

All verified Waitwhile accounts are provided with the capability to send and receive SMS messages without a dedicated phone number. Dedicated phone numbers are mostly used to utilize our Text-to-Join feature but can also be used for other features, such as an Alpha Sender ID.

In order to be able to use a dedicated phone number for a Waitwhile location, you will need to follow the following instructions to submit a request to Waitwhile through our Support Team, either via live chat or by sending an email with the requested information to support@waitwhile.com.

Please provide the following information to submit a verification request to our team.

Business name:
Business website:
Business street address:
Business city:
Business state, province or region:
Postal code:
Country:

Name of a business contact person:
Email of a business contact person:
Phone of a business contact person:
Estimated monthly message volume (100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000):

Opt-in input field

An SMS opt-in input field is required by our SMS provider in order for a verified number to be provided. This opt-in field can be added through the Input fields section of your Settings.

An example of what the content for an opt-in checkbox could look like:

Note: Dedicated phone numbers are only available on our Business and Enterprise plans.
