Starter & Business Plans: These plans are assigned to Waitwhile's default mobile number, which is part of a shared pool. At this time, dedicated numbers are not available for these plans.
Enterprise Plans: Businesses on an Enterprise plan that request a dedicated line will be provided with a US Toll-Free number. However, 2-way SMS is not supported, meaning inbound messages cannot be received by Waitwhile. Additionally, when using a US number, the sending number will be replaced with a random Sending ID.
