Alert Waiting Customers
To send a message to a group of customers on your Waitlist, simply check the box in the Waitlist section.
When enabled, select all of the Customers you want to send the message to then click the 'Write Message' button.
Compose the message you want to send out to your Customers and click 'Send' to complete. REMEMBER: This message DOES count towards the Customer's Message Visit Limit for the subscription level you are on.
Can I Bulk Message Completed Customers?
Because Waitwhile is designed as a waitlisting and appointment setting tool, there is no way to bulk contact Customers after their visit is completed at this time. This may be added as a possible feature request in the future - be sure to sign up for our updates on new releases HERE.
