To enable Geofencing in the your settings, follow these steps:
Access Location Settings:
Log in to your Waitwhile account.
Navigate to Settings > Customer Journey > Waitlist.
Enable Geofencing:
In the General section, locate the Geofence option.
Check the box to Enable geofence.
Define the Geofence Boundary:
Address: Ensure your location's address is correctly listed in the blue information box at the top.
Coordinates: For more precise geofencing, input your location's latitude and longitude coordinates.
Radius: Specify the maximum distance (e.g., 100 meters) customers must be within to join the waitlist.
By setting up geofencing, you ensure that only customers within the defined area can register, enhancing the management of your waitlist.
