The Schedules feature allows you to manage availability for your resources and services through a dedicated Settings page. You can set both one-off and recurring schedules, making it easier to organize staff hours and service availability across your locations.

Adjusting location opening hours
You can easily update your location's opening hours from the top of the page. Clicking on More provides you with three options:
Edit weekly hours: Lets you adjust the normal opening hours of the location. You can also access this setting from Location settings > Location details.
Edit hours by date: Lets you view and update location opening hours for specific dates or periods.
Reset to weekly hours: Allows you to reset the opening hours for a specific period to your default weekly hours.
If you have separate opening hours for waitlists and for booking, these will show up as separate rows in the calendar.
For resources (e.g. staff)
Updating default weekly hours, adding one-off availability, or setting a recurring schedule for a resource is easy. Simply click on More and select one of the following:
Edit weekly hours: Lets you update the default weekly hours for the resource.
Edit hours by date: If you want to update one-off availability or set alternating and/or recurring schedules for your resources, you can do so here.
To update availability for one specific date, select a date and time that you want to edit.
To set alternating availability (or a recurring schedule), select both a start and an end date. Then, update the hours of availability and choose a repeat pattern (weekly, bi-weekly, every three or four weeks).
Reset to weekly hours: Allows you to reset the availability hours for a specific period to the resource's default weekly hours.
Edit resource: Takes you to the resource's page under Location settings > Resources.
For services
Select the service you want to schedule
Follow the same steps as setting up a resource schedule
Note: When updating the schedule of a shared resource or service, the changes will automatically apply across all locations. You will receive a warning before making these changes.
