The Auto-refill feature will allow you top up your message credits automatically when they run low. Enabling this feature will ensure that your customer communication are not interrupted.
How to enable the Auto-refill feature
Click on the Avatar in the lower left corner, Account Overview > Account Settings
Select Plan & Billing. Note, you will need to be an Admin level user on the account to access.
Click Auto-refill
Next, set your auto-refill amount and threshold amount:
Auto-refill amount: The amount of message credit that should be added to your account.
Threshold amount: Your message credits will be refilled when you have this much message credit left.
Warning: Make sure your auto-refill amount is greater than your threshold amount to avoid duplicate credit card charges.
There is no limit on how many message credits can be added in any given month, however, there is a max auto-refill amount of $5,000.
How to disable the Auto-refill feature
You can disable the Auto-refill feature any time. To disable the Auto-refill feature, navigate to Account Overview > Account Settings > Plan & Billing > Auto-refill and select Disable the Auto-refill.
Will my Auto-refill message credits appear in my account?
Auto-refill message credits will appear under Account Settings > Plan & Billing section underneath message credits. They will appears as Credit reserves
Auto-refill message credits will be retained on your account and only used after your monthly message credits have been exhausted.
