Manage the information your need from your Guests when they join the waitlist and how to determine their status in the Guest Experience

The Customer Settings section is where you can manage the information that you would like to collect from your guests when they interact with your business's waitlist or booking slots.

Settings > Customers > Input Fields

Waitwhile allows you to control the 'form' that collects the information from your customers in order to join the line. The app has some fields by default, but we allow you to create your own fields - making the experience truly unique to your business's needs.

Settings > Customers > Status Tags

As your guests move through the guest experience, their ‘status’ changes. They may be ‘Booked’ when they have an active Booking, ‘Arrived’ when they have checked in at the location, or ‘Completed’ when they have gone completely through the experience.
