"Saved Replies" are super handy when you want to quickly respond to your guests' most common questions.
To get started, open Settings > Customer Messages > Customer Message Options - when you've arrived you can click Manage > Create Reply to add a custom response that your employees can easily add when chatting with your guests.
You can even add a 'Saved Reply' from the Action Panel while your Guest is on the Waitlist as well. To insert a reply, simply click on Guest's name, watch as the Action Pnel slides out from the side, and then click the 'flag' icon in the bottom. This will bring up a list of created Saved Replies and give you the option to add more as well.
