Many businesses like to link their Resources to Users, giving their staff a way to login with personal credentials and only see the Waitlist and Booking information for Guests they are able to serve.

When you create a Resource and add an email address in the Link to User field, this automatically sends out an invite for that person to create a User account for that Waitwhile location. If you want to connect your Resource to an already existing User, you can use the Link to User dropdown menu and select the User you would like to link.
