Users can be associated with a Resource. This allows them to actually log into Waitwhile as a Resource using their normal Waitwhile login email.

How to link a User to a Resource

Go to Settings > Resources and click Edit on the Resource you want to connect.

In the dialog, click the Link to user dropdown and pick the user to connect. If a user does not appear in the dropdown, it's because they are already connected to another resource.

As an alternative way to connect a resource with a user, an Admin user can connect themselves to an available Resource in their Profile Settings page.

How to unlink a User to a Resource

Go to Settings > Resources and click Edit on the Resource you want to disconnect.

In the dialog, click the Link to user dropdown and deselect the currently connected user to connect.

The connected user can also Unlink themselves from their Profile Settings page:

Restricting a Resource-linked User

If you would like to restrict an Resource-linked User from making changes to visits/bookings they have not been assigned to, you can enable the setting Logged-in resources can only view guests they are eligible to serve under Settings > Resources > Advanced Settings.
