The Surveys tab in Analytics (formerly CSAT) previously only showed response data from the Basic CSAT template, so accounts using any of the other six templates saw no survey data at all, even with hundreds of responses collected. It now includes response data from every survey template, with a new multi-select filter so you can narrow results down to specific templates.
