Can I use Waitwhile for free?
Yes, indeed! You can waitlist up to 100 guests each month on the free plan and access all of the awesome features.
What if I exceed my Free or Paid plan limits?
You will still be able to access your waitlist, but you won't be able to add any new guests until the beginning of the next month (or if you choose to upgrade to the next plan)
How do I know which plan is right for me?
If you waitlist fewer than a 100 guests a month, you can try our free plan. Otherwise, choose Starter or Business based on the number of guests you expect, and for more features.
Is billing based on each waitlist?
No, billing is based on your Waitwhile Account which may have as many waitlists as you want. The total number of waitlisted guests across all your waitlists is what counts towards the different plan thresholds.
How can I set up my payment information or change my subscription?

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Canceling can be done easily within the billing tab of your account and your plan won't renew after the current billing period. You don't lose your statistics or customer data if you cancel either so it's flexible to turn off or turn on based on your current needs. You can also simply reach out to Waitwhile Support for assistance.
Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum contract. This means you can use Waitwhile only as needed and not pay for the months you don't need it!
What are my payment options?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. We support VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. If you sign up for an Annual subscription, we can invoice you annually and you can also pay via ACH Bank Transfer.
What kind of support do I get?
We got your back! All our plans come with support via email and chat, and our Business and Enterprise plans also get phone support. You can also check out our Pricing Page on the website for more details on what is included with your subscription plan type.
Do you offer nonprofit, or educational discounts?
Sure thing. Just reach out to Support or your Account Manager and provide proof and we will add a 10% discount to your subscription!
Do you offer Enterprise contracts/pricing/support?
Yep! Email us and we'll work with you on a proposal. Our Enterprise features include audit logging, data recovery, SLAs, custom guest quota, stricter security guidelines and the ability to whitelabel and customize the design to fit your brand.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade a plan mid-period?
Not a problem. Our smart billing system will calculate the difference and automatically compensate you for any difference.
Can I make a payment by invoice?
We’re happy to provide invoicing on our Enterprise plans. Contact us to set up payment. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
