π We've updated our pricing π
If you're an existing Waitwhile customer, this article will help you understand the impact of our new pricing plans (launched in November 2022) on your specific billing situation, so that you can make the best decision for your business needs.
For customers on Starter or Business plans:
All Starter or Business customers can migrate to our new plans immediately if they wish to do so. However we'll give you the flexibility to stay on your old plans a bit longer to give you time to learn about our new pricing and make the best decision for your business:
For customers on a monthly plan with less than 10 active locations, the new prices will go into effect on November 10, 2023 (1 year after the launch of our new pricing).
For customers on an annual plan with less than 10 active locations, the new prices will go into effect the second time their plan renews after November 10, 2022 (or a maximum of 2 years after the launch of our new pricing).
Customers with 11 or more active locations will be provided a customized proposal to upgrade to our Enterprise Plan by contacting our Sales team no later than February 10, 2023 (90 days after the launch of our new pricing).
If you do not have 11 active locations at the time of the launch of our new pricing, but you reach 11 active locations at any point in time following the launch of our new pricing, your plan will remain on its existing terms according to the details listed above. Our Sales team may reach out on a case-by-case basis to help you update your pricing plan as your account expands.
Additionally, you are still able to upgrade your account at Settings > Billing within the Waitwhile app. Here, you will be able to see and upgrade various aspects of your plan including the number of Locations and Visits that you have remaining on your account as well as your remaining Monthly SMS Credit balance. For our Enterprise Customers:
Enterprise customers will remain on their existing plans with no changes.
